Southern Boone comes out of locker room hot in victory over Osage

They weren’t going to let that ruin their opening-round game at the Class 3 District 8 Tournament last night in Hallsville.
It was defense that put fourth-seeded Southern Boone in position, but it was a strong run coming out of the locker room that carried the Eagles to a 56-44 victory over fifth-seeded School of the Osage.
“We’ve really been stressing to come out ready,” said senior guard Tillie Bill, who had a game-high 26 points, including five 3-pointers. “We’ve been doing a lot of stuff in the locker room to get ready.” Read more
